How To // Skateboarding Questionaire

 We came up with a set of questions that were designed for someone who skateboards. We created the questionaire on Survey Monkey - http://www.surveymonkey.com

The questionnaire asked certain questions which will inform us of what we needs to be designed. For example I cant start creating the info graphics for injuries when I don't know the statistics. We are going to use primary research and secondary research.


We used Yes No questions:


This is the Survey Monkey question dialogue box which gives you the options of what to select in relevance to the users question. We made the type of question
Single Textbox, this allows the person filling in the survey to enter a number.


We also had a questions which allowed the user to select tick boxes making it convenient for him or her to fill out. This is important as when someone is filling out a survey it has to be as easy as possible so that the user doesn't simply leave or tick a random box out of frustration.
  
 
This was the table which gave us a headache; having so many potential answers meant that we had to create a big table of injuries which was quite difficult to work out in Survey Monkey.
