I want the user to be able to scroll down through the news in the most convenient way; hate it when you have to deal with the page loading and unnecessary pages that you have to trawl through.
Just like the news letter button, circle the content is going to be scroll down which will scroll through/under the buttons. To save confusion the buttons will have a roll over cover but they will always appear at the bottom of the page.
